  3. Structure & Layout Planning - Define layers, grouping, flow direction, and diagram logic.

  4. Visual Design & Production - Create diagram.

  5. Refinement & Revisions - Up to 3x major revision iterations.

  6. Finalisation & Exports - Final files in multiple formats: PNG, PDF, JPEG.


OPTIONAL ADD-ONS:

  • Add Variations - Added diagram variations (e.g. this may include current vs future state).

  • Add Customer Branding - Apply client's visual style, logos, colours, fonts. There are some limitations as diagrams to our standard must maintain clarity.

  • Add Annotated Slide-Pack - A step-by-step documented walkthrough of the entire diagram and all technical components, annotations, architectural decisions etc.

  • Add Simplified View - A simplified view of the diagram. Suitable for executive presentations and non-technical audiences.
